Framework
When there is technical quality; teachers are able to assess student mastery and can adjust their instruction accordingly. The components of technical quality form a cycle, with student learning at the center. That is the essence of the QPA Framework which has five components, and can be entered from any point and/or over time, with or without facilitation. It is customizable based on the school or district’s needs, goals, and capacity to design and implement performance tasks as part of their larger assessment systems.
