Amy brings to CCE a wealth of experience as an equity-driven educator and leader committed to transforming learning environments. Before moving into higher-level leadership, Amy spent 14 years working directly inside schools: most recently as Principal-in-Residence at Achievement First Providence (RI) and earlier as an instructional coach and classroom teacher across a variety of urban schools. In her role with CCE, she focuses on building strong school–community relationships. She holds an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from Johnson & Wales University and earned her M.Ed. in Curriculum & Instruction from University of San Diego, where she became an ambassador for programs focused on social justice and educational equity.v
