As the DESE Career Connected Learning Lead, Annie supports Massachusetts communities and schools in designing and implementing pathway programs that advance CCE’s mission of increasing student success through community voice and shared ownership. Since 2022, she has led the Massachusetts Innovation Career Pathways community of practice, now expanded to include Career Technical Education pathways. With three decades of experience in public education, Annie brings deep expertise in change leadership, educator collaboration, deeper learning pedagogies and college and career readiness strategies. She holds BA and MAT degrees from Brown University and a PhD in Education Leadership from UMass Amherst.
