As Executive Director of CCE, Dr. Oscar Santos leads program and strategic development, operations, and organizational culture. Guided by a passion for social change, he helps schools and districts embrace equity through innovation, collaboration and entrepreneurship. Previously, Oscar was President of Cathedral High School, where he oversaw a major STEAM center expansion and achieved six consecutive years of 100% graduation and college acceptance. His leadership experience also includes serving as Superintendent of Randolph Public Schools and principal of Boston International High School. A former Boston Teacher of the Year, Oscar holds a B.A. and Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from Boston College, and master’s degrees in Education and Linguistics from UMass Boston.
