As an administrator in CaliforniaSchool Districts she led large-scale instructional and compliance initiatives. Ruth earned her Education Specialist and M.A. in Education Administration from California State University, Northridge, and holds a Multiple Subject Credential from CSU Dominguez Hills and a B.S. in Human Development from Northeastern University.
