Ruth designs curriculum and best practices in special education and student support services. Her work draws on years of experience as a special education teacher and administrator in California’s Los Angeles and Simi Valley Unified School Districts, where she led large-scale instructional and compliance initiatives. Ruth earned her Education Specialist and M.A. in Education Administration from California State University, Northridge, and holds a Multiple Subject Credential from CSU Dominguez Hills and a B.S. in Therapeutic Recreation from Northeastern University.
