Yvonne leads CCE’s efforts to strengthen the Community and Schools framework through partnerships that advance educational equity and workforce development. She has directed multiple federally funded initiatives, including the Grow Your Own Teacher Pathway and the Community Partnerships for Teacher Pipeline. Her background spans teaching, higher education research and leadership development. She holds a B.A. in Child Development and Nonprofit Administration, an M.A. in Educational Foundations, and doctoral studies in Special Education and Human Development. Fluent in English and Chinese, Yvonne is a published author and frequent national presenter on equity-focused educator pathways.
