Community Mentoring Network

We’re thrilled to announce the Community Mentoring Network (CMN), an all-encompassing redesign of the Teacher Mentoring Network (TMN).

TMN successfully weaved a network of student learners, teacher mentors, and community partners who shared their knowledge, experiences, and memories through various virtual and in-person events, leaving an indelible mark. At its core, the program fostered a culture of learning and collaboration. Participants had the opportunity to engage with each other, exchange ideas, and build meaningful relationships. 

The success of TMN laid a strong foundation leading to the expansion that is CMN, now a part of CCE’s Educator Pathways. The Educator Pathways are a comprehensive set of programs designed to address the critical and persistent teacher shortage. CCE Educator Pathways seek to recruit, support, and retain a diverse, community-based teaching workforce that reflects the student population.

CMN builds on the educator pathways by continuing a more inclusive approach to education and community building.  CMN not only enriches the perspectives within the network but also acknowledges the invaluable contributions of various stakeholders in creating a vibrant and interconnected learning community.
